The changes to this code pertain to updating the GPMP2 library for MATLAB toolbox wrapping. This pull request contains the updates to the code and CMake files mentioned in #54 (comment).
Note that this code current does cause segmentation faults as mentioned in the Outstanding Issues of #54 (comment). Assistance is requested in determining the root cause of the segmentation.
