現状、ネットワークが
VITE_CHAIN_IDにて固定されているので、ネットワークスイッチャーを実装してもあまり意味がないと思われるが、ネットワーク切り替えのためのフックを用意した。現在接続している、ネットワークを表示し、identityの有無に関わらずログアウトできるようにした。
