It's weird and unfortunate that we have to copy the blog_index pages now... Anyway, we'll have to coordinate some configuration changes on the Netlify side when deploying this.

I'll keep looking to see if there is a "better" way. I'm not sure how the blog summaries are falling through from the "blog" to "blog_index" section kind.

• Moved the "catch all errors" back into _default. The upgrade guide says to squash them into layout/ , but i noticed they also still "work fine" in _default. So put them back.

So, it appears the blog_index system probably worked due to this setting: 1ad7520

Is there no equivalent in the new Hugo setup?
