This PR aims to improve hls-notes-plugin. Fixes/ addresses issue #4764 . The following changes are introduced :
Hovering on Note References :
Autocomplete Note Declaration :
Autocomplete Note References :
Note : hls does not trigger the pop-up while inside a comment block automatically.
so, user is expected to hit "Ctrl + Space" to force trigger the popup.
