Add Labs 007–009 and align Labs 003–006 with oc CLI sequences
Summary
This PR authors Labs 007–009 and updates Labs 003–006 to use consistent “CLI Option: Using oc” sections with short sequence explanations, clearer web console instructions, and improved terminology. It also removes deprecated references and ensures lab-to-lab navigation is in place.
Key Changes
Standardize CLI sections:
Use brief sequence explanations before bare oc commands.
Remove inline comments beside commands.
Improve web console guidance to match current OpenShift UI.
Refine terminology and overviews for clarity and consistency.
Remove mentions of triggers; use explicit rollouts where needed.
Remove DeploymentConfig (deprecated) usage from Lab 008.
Add “Next Lab” follow-ups at the bottom of each updated lab.
