Release plan
Release steps
We will need to upgrade build command on render as described in the PR plan. Updating a command triggers new deployment on render, so we first merge the PR, it will trigger deployments, they will fail (or we can cancel them) and update build command one by one.
Tests
Before delivering to PRD - checked that all Node.js services successfully deployed on Render & Vercel.
