6.1 "OfficeAI" not found in the WPS menu bar after installation

• By default, WPS will block the loading of third-party plugins. You need to trust third-party COM add-ins. The method is as follows:

1. Run WPS, open or create any document;
2. Find File menu -> Options in the upper left corner, and find the Trust Center in the options page.
3. Check "Enable all trusted add-ins".
4. Click "OK" to save the corresponding settings. Reopening it will generally display it. If it is still not displayed, reinstall the client.

• When WPS is opened after installation, it may prompt whether to block third-party components. If blocked, it cannot be displayed. You need to restore the disabled add-in. Recovery method: In "Tools" -> "COM Add-ins" -> "Manage Disabled Items" -> find "HyWordAl" in the pop-up window, and click "Enable".

6.2 If there is a security software prompt during installation, please choose to trust;

6.3 The right-side panel sometimes does not display automatically

Possible reasons:

• Slow network or poor machine performance may cause the panel to fail to appear. Wait a moment or manually open the right-side panel.
• To avoid disturbance, by default, the right-side panel is only automatically displayed when the first document is opened. For subsequent documents, if you need to display the right-side panel, you need to open it manually.

6.4. Adjust OfficeAI Assistant Font

Due to different computer resolutions, the font size of the right-side panel may be inappropriate on some computers. This can be adjusted in the settings.
