Windows Dark Theme for OBS

While Microsoft's design language is always inconsistent, I wanted OBS to look similar to the current design.

Use this theme

• Download this repo.
• Extract Win11.qss and the folder Win11 to C:\Program Files\obs-studio\data\obs-studio\themes
• Launch OBS and select the theme from the settings.
