This removes some of the SwiftStack-specific requirements and assumptions, as well as removes some labels that were not required due to the instance addition by Prometheus. Additionally, some of the internal calculations did not appear to be providing data as the metric name would indicate, so they have been cleaned up.
This is a work in progress, and needs a significant refactoring, but will now work on a standard OpenStack Swift installation with the proper modules enabled and disabled.
