Thanks for addressing the comments. I will run one pipeline locally with cubit 15.3 and then we can merge this PR.

Adds basic support for detecting and configuring remote Cubit execution, configured via a YAML config file.
Local behavior remains unchanged. This PR only adds configuration and detection logic for easier review.
