⚡ Bolt: Replace blocking XSync with XFlush in hot paths

Replaced XSync(dpy, False) with XFlush(dpy) in drw_map (drw.c) and resizeclient (client.c).
XSync causes a blocking round-trip to the X server, which introduces unnecessary latency during high-frequency events like bar updates and window resizing.
XFlush ensures requests are sent to the server without waiting for a reply, improving responsiveness and perceived performance.
Verified that the project compiles cleanly.
