Add Zstandard (.zst) support to mend (Fixes #148)
This PR adds support for .zst and .zst.open WARC files.
mend now detects Zstandard magic bytes and uses a zstd decoder, while keeping all gzip behavior unchanged. Tested with both gzip and zstd files, including truncated ones.
