Also, since Python 3.13 was officially released and earlier added to the test pipeline, no need to keep it in the additional pipeline that tests upcoming releases.

Update FastAPI (to be able to update starlette to fix a CVE) and datamodel-code-generator (just to get latest version). Also, since Python 3.13 was officially released and earlier added to the test pipeline, no need to keep it in the additional pipeline that tests upcoming releases where it was accidentally forgotten earlier.
