Configuration file is changed on taiga-back and not reflected in docker-settings.py breaking the container.
With current change the configuration is inherited from taiga-back and specific variables are overridden by docker related configuration.
Example: django 1.8 deprecated the TEMPLATE_* in favour of TEMPLATE dict
