- We no longer escape single-quotes (since blaze-markup-0.6.0.0) - We use &jaspervdj#34; to escape double-quotes

Here's the pull request for blaze-html, which matches the one for blaze-markup.
PS: Note that I will be travelling for the rest of the year starting next week. So further changes have to wait until then.
