A simple Ruby class for interacting with an Elexol Ether I/O 24 module (http://elexol.com/IO_Modules/Ether_IO_24.php).  These modules are a low cost Ethernet enable I/O module with 24 configurable Input/Ouputs.
At the moment, the class allows you to discover local Ether I/O modules and set outputs.
Can be expanded to included the extensive API provided by the I/O 24 unit (http://www.elexol.com/Downloads/EtherIO24TAUM1.pdf)
