adapter soot 4.7.1 for some api changed 1. del toQuotedString, use toString 2. del Options set_process_multiple_dex 3. getDeclaration rename to getQuotedDeclaration for heros 1.2.4 bug,cause compile fail, use dependencyOverrides in jimple2Cpg, it will be delete if soot use new heros version > 1.2.4
