Fix parsing the track padding

When PADTRACKS=n the trac padding is 3 digits

When PADTRACKS is not set or it is set to n (which is the default) I get the following warning when abcde finishes:

It looks like the track padding is 3 digits (001, 002, 003...).

It looks like this hasn't been patched at https://github.com/poddmo/abcde/blob/main/abcde#L5907, which is a maintained and active fork. Maybe you should resubmit your PR there?

I've made an issue to track this: poddmo/abcde#22
