This respository contains the data files and scripts to reproduce analyses and figures for Shapiro et al. "Potential for real-time health and welfare monitoring in red foxes"
Begin by downloading and unzipping the StartingFiles.FoxMonitoring.zip folder. The folder names within the StartingFiles.FoxMonitoring.zip folder correspond to a fox identifier and the files within each of folders corresponds to one fox.
Scripts are numbered in the order they should be run. Objects created in one script may be required to carry out analysis in the following scripts.
Each script is sub-divided into sections and fully commented.
All scripts were tested in for R version 4.1.2 in Windows 11.
