feat: Add Promise-based API #122

This change introduces a new set of Promise-based methods to the i2c class, allowing for the use of async/await. The existing callback-based API is preserved for backward compatibility. The new methods are created using util.promisify and are named with an "Async" suffix (e.g., `scanAsync`). The `examples/blinkm/blinkm.js` file has been updated to demonstrate the usage of the new async/await API.
