This commit completely overhauls the `README.md` to bring it up to modern standards and correct several critical issues. Key changes include: - Corrected the package name to `i2c-bus` in installation and usage instructions. - Modernized code examples to use `async/await`. - Updated Raspberry Pi setup instructions to use `raspi-config`. - Removed obsolete information about old Node.js versions. - Improved the overall structure and formatting for better readability.
