Consolidate Project Entry Point #133

This commit simplifies the project structure by consolidating the redundant `main.js` and `lib/i2c.js` files into a single `index.js` at the project root. This is a more conventional entry point for Node.js packages and improves maintainability. The `package.json` `main` field has been updated to point to the new `index.js` file. The require path in the accelerometer example has also been updated.
