This commit cleans up and modernizes the `package.json` file. Key changes include: - Renamed the package to `i2c-next`. - Updated the repository URL to use HTTPS. - Corrected the license to the standard `BSD-3-Clause` SPDX identifier. - Added `keywords` to improve discoverability. - Added `gypfile: true` to indicate the presence of a native addon. - Added a `test` script using `jest`. - Added an `install` script to run `node-gyp rebuild`. - Added `jest` as a devDependency.
