1. To build Orion Viewer from command line you will 
    need android-sdk-r20 and apache-ant installed on your system.
2. Change path to android-sdk in:
    orion_viewer/local.properties
    themissingtabwidget-0.2/local.properties
    tree-view-list-android/local.properties
3.a If you make build NOT for Highscreen/Spring Design Alex comment AlexDevice class 
    in orion_viewer/src/universe/constellation/orion/viewer/device/
    and remove it classpath from orion_viewer/build.xml
3.b Otherwise just select alex target in orion_viewer/project.properties 
    or add 'alex/android.jar' to classpath in orion_viewer/build.xml
4. Go to orion_viewer folder (there is ant script: build.xml) 
    and run 'ant' commmand with 'release' target:
	ant release
5. Project building will starts!
