Add a new documentation page under "Manage your account" for managing assets. Assets enable users to upload images to be hosted by Knock for use in notification templates.

| Assets are files that you upload to Knock for use in your notification templates. You can upload images to be hosted by Knock and reference them via URL in your templates. This is useful for including logos, icons, and other visual elements in your notifications. | ||

Done. I've updated the roles and permissions page to:
- Added "assets" to the member role description
- Added a new row "Create and manage assets" to the permissions lookup table showing that owners, admins, and members can manage assets
The changes have been committed and pushed.

Description
This PR introduces a new documentation page for "Managing assets" under the "Manage your account" section. The purpose is to provide clear guidance for account owners, admins, and members on how to upload, manage, and utilize image assets (up to 2MB each) within their Knock account and notification templates.
