A simple workaround using LazyQuery would require bigger code adjustments that do no worth investing time since this is just a result of the issue https://kentico.atlassian.net/browse/DEL-3059 . |

Language selector implementation.
The ideal implementation would be to load data for the current language and just URL slugs for the other languages and just fill the Language selector.
Language would be defined by URLSlug value + to preserve currently selected language - we would use the
languagequery string parameter.
