Filtering bug fixed for multiple atom chemical shift histograms

New: generic 2d including preceding and next residues

Chemical shifts from preceding and next residues could be included optionally in a generic 2d and the sequence walk can be shown as a trace.

Code refactor

Major code refactor has been done.
