…ified settings Reorganize the scattered chat commands into a coherent categorized system with a command palette UI. Commands are now grouped into General, Session, Context, and AI & Settings categories. Adds new in-chat settings commands (/status, /theme, /streaming, /settings) and a ? shortcut for quick access to the command palette.
