…for signficant reduction in the size of the source for the standard library. Build time options to exapnd these features to retain built standard library partity enabled by default. Runtime implementation is available, but this requires that the installed standard library format be non-compliant with the spec.

- tweak stdlib defs - replace stdlib_spec.md source with one closer to jonathan's document - don't write accepted values column if empty - quote strings (including empty)
