Generating OP_DEVICE UUID

This wrapper now updates OP_DEVICE env var automatically

Passing environment variables to login subprocess

OP CLI now needs OP_DEVICE env var set to login and operate. We need, therefore to explicitly pass the os.environ in the subprocess.run env arg
