This repository accompanies the publication of Estimating the rate of plasmid transfer with an adapted Luria–Delbrück fluctuation analysis by Kosterlitz et. al. to provide a consolidated and accessible way of viewing the source data, figures, and custom programs. The version of the repository that was originally submitted with the accompanying manuscript is archived on Zenodo.
The Figures folder contains all the raw data, calculations, codes, and final figures includued in the publication. Refer to the figure numbers as ordered in the paper to access associated data and material.
The Simulations folder folder contains the code, workflow, and data generated from the Gillespie stochastic simulations.
The GitHub appendix is available as a PDF file and contains the additional derivations mentioned in the supplemental materials.
The recommended version (i.e., the most up-to-date) of the LDM protocol is available on protocols.io.
