This project began over a decade ago, and the plugins have been through many iterations, but work on the current version began in 2018.
The project currently includes the following plugins:
- mxschool — Middlesex's Dorm and Student Functions Plugin.
- peertutoring — Middlesex's Peer Tutoring Subplugin.
- signout — Middlesex's eSignout Subplugin.
NOTE: v3.1 of all of these plugins have been developed for Moodle 3.7.1 and tested exclusively on the default Boost theme.
This project offers a context for students to apply computer science skills to benefit the Middlesex community. For information on how to get started working on Moodle plugins for this project see the getting started guide.
The documentation for this project doesn't cover everything there is to know, but between our documentation, Moodle's documentation, and the abundant examples provided by the existing code, you should be able to get a good sense of how things are working.
