This PR updates the fiducial zeropoints with offset values derived from commissioning data take after September 2026. The derivation of these offsets is summarized in DM-53728-LSSTCam-ZPScale.ipynb
. This is not anticipated to be super precise, but primarily to remove the >0.1 mag systematic offsets seen in r, i, z bands.
