That's not the way how things should work for sustainable translations. These strings should be extracted into dnfdaemon.pot then merged into the policy file similar to the rest of manatools nowadays.

@Conan-Kudo as i said... but that depends also if we continue maintain dnfdaemon or it is going upstream... in any cases i think a better and sustainable tree also for translation i think is a good thing :)
