Summary

  • Introduces a v2.3.2 migration that rebalances a target market’s liquidity index via a haircut to match underlying assets.
  • Removes MPF collateral entry tied to the specified market.
  • Wires the new migrate message and module into red-bank.
  • Expands migration tests to cover v2.3.2 (wrong name/version + success path).
