Mateus Picanço

I'm an experienced Data Scientist who loves to share knowledge and the things I've been curious about. Sometimes I write on my Medium blog.

A few interesting things about me:

  • 🏫 I have a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brown University, and I studied a lot about Digital Signal Processing in college;
  • 💻 I am a Senior Applied Scientist at @microsoft, working on Copilot in Office products;
  • 🚀 My research focus is the applications on the intersection of Causal Inference and LLMs, specially in the context of Evals;
