Summary
When printing orders and invoices for a domestic customer (no language code specified) the system currently defaults to the client language, i.e. the user's language. However, some users are not native to the country or may prefer a different display language, which currently causes invoices etc. to be generated in that language, thus confusing the recipients.
This PR adds an event that base app subscribe to in order to return a default language if the currently specified language code is blank.
