  • Update live share package versions to 2.0.0-internal.14
  • Update fluid version range to >=2.40 <2.90
  • use default CodeQL github setup, removed workflow
  • npm audit
  • added script to publish npm packages, with dry run before actual
  • added script to update fluid ranges and live share versions
