Fix a few grammatical issues I noticed as I was perusing the `README`. These are mostly standard ZH/EN confusions (e.g. pluralization, tense, etc). There are a few other places where non-idiomatic phrasing is used (e.g. "have been proven inappropriate by time" probably wants to be "have not stood the test of time"), but I restricted myself only to places with clear grammatical issues in this commit.
