Enables MacOS hosts to have puppet convergence info in Fleetroll (see the linux hosts at the bottom in the image below).
Linux was handled in #1029.

run-puppet.shdelivered bymacos_run_puppetemit puppet run metadata.puppet::periodic)State file is written to:
/opt/puppet_environments/last_run_metadata.json
