I already added all class paths for myself before. Since it was a big mess i merged your (nicely ordered) version into my fork. I also fixed a few annoying bugs. https://github.com/PBahner/blackboard |

Following the instruction using ant will create a non working app.

A couple of libs are missing from the class path. Added all of them.
