AD/AE number apdx335s1 for SC20 paper

This repo includes:
- A driver source file for using MGR
- An input file that contains example matrix, preconditioner, and rhs
- Makefile to build the driver
- A script that
  + clone and build hypre v2.19.0
  + build the driver for MGR solver
  + extract the input files
  + run the driver for the example matrix, preconditioner, and rhs and output the solution
