As suggested by @orblazer on the Issues page, I have added a feature to support specific creators by allowing ads on their stream. You can configure it in the settings for multiple channels. I have tested it for some time on Microsoft Edge 108 and I haven't noticed issues so far.
I'm still working on the Firefox version, but it seems the Worker can't read the settings, and currently I'm not sure how to fix this issue.
I hope this can be useful :)
