very good documentation on how to use the new features. my biggest recommendation is the renaming of Latest -> Pulse Stream and Fresh -> Filtered Stream (applicable in the entire pr)

the description is not right. transfers aren't just about tokens transfers, but rather refer to all actions that are done by an address (including smart contract results, rewards, etc)
