Remove unused Streamline version macros from compatibility shim

Motivation

• The compatibility shim header contained unused Streamline version macros that clutter the header and triggered inline review comments, so they were removed to keep the shim minimal and focused on legacy fallbacks.

Description

• Deleted the block that defined STREAMLINE_VERSION_MAJOR, STREAMLINE_VERSION_MINOR, and the STREAMLINE_VERSION_LT helper from src/nvidia/streamline_compat.h so the header only contains the compatibility typedefs and adapters.

Testing

• No automated tests were run for this change.
