This PR moves to a standard bootstrap (instead of the implemented one which just uses a form of subsampling). Additionally, it adds the stepping stone algorithm to the Bayes factor calculations. This includes uncertainty calculations from a block bootstrap to take into account correlations between different parallel tempered chains.
