Problem
The heartbeat image used in services in
neon-cloudandneon-infraworkflows is broken. The url parameter for heartbeat is not passed correctly, which results in error:error: unexpected argument '--url' found. Therefore the heartbeat is not running correctly.Solution
Fixed the url parameter in heartbeat image. The wrapper now passes the URL positionally.
