I change the "db = SQLAlchemy(app)" line location and took it 1 row below otherwise it coming error of this "RuntimeError( RuntimeError: Either 'SQLALCHEMY_DATABASE_URI' or 'SQLALCHEMY_BINDS' must be set [duplicate]"
