Handle parsing of xs:group parts of XML schema. Fixes ReferenceGeometry.Monostatic portion of the schema for SICD/CPHD.
This pull should fix this issue: #14
I keep xs:group separate from xs:complexTypes on the first pass through the schema. Then on a new second pass I replace all the group references.
