This is a completely incompatible update to dropwizard, hence the size of the
changes.
- All of the `Environment` `add*` methods have be moved/replaced by
`jersey()` and `admin()` etc
- The configuration object is significantly change, hence changes to http.port
have been change to either server.applicationConnectors[0].port or just replaced
with logging.level
